A FACTS ABOUT CABIN CREW.


Since i was small, i really adore a job as Cabin crew or should we call asa Steward. I dont know why im kind of interested in this kind of job. Hmm, I dont how to say, thats life right? people have different interest. Salaries is not my first priority but, job satisfaction is very important.

In my school, all my friends said that, im a steward figure, Really?? Do I??. Well i dont know, its peoples' view. I dont have any say about this. However, theres a lot of people assume that being a Cabin Crew is same as AMAH or MAID. DO YOU THINK THAT?? So, lets we see what actually the role of Cabin Crew In Aircraft. And, lets we take a look what will be the selection precess is done??



Cabin crew is an exciting, challenging and glamorous career. Exciting and challenging because you will acquire knowledge and skills that will broaden your intellectual horizons, glamorous because your career will bring you in contact with people from all walks of life and cities and countries you have always been dreaming of visiting.

Being a cabin crew will elevate you to a privilleged position of trust and responsibility given by the company. Flying requires young people with acquired knowledge to discharge this trust in a manner that will enhance the reputation of the airline. SEE???


You should have the essential attributes such as pleasant personality. Good personal appearance and good general knowledge and intellegence with results in good passenger relations.

Who said you can’t mix work and pleasure? Join us as part of our cabin crew and…..

What we are looking for:

This is a very exciting and challenging time , and with our continued growth comes career opportunities. There is no typical person that we like to recruit; we are looking for individuals from all walks of life, with different backgrounds and cultures to bring diversity, maturity and charisma to our cabin crew team.

This is the Criteria i got from the RBA Cabin Crew Entry Requirements.
· Local Bruneian or Permanent Residents

· Age 18 to 26 years old

· Minimum height for male 5’4” (162.5 cm), height for female 5’2” (157.5 cm)

· Medically fit to be cabin crew

· Minimum of 4 GCE “O” Level (or equivalent)

· Able to swim unaided a minimum of 25 meters and tread water


What we can offer you:

We offer permanent contracts after successful completion of a probationary period (potential earnings up to BND$1000) and a generous benefits package including concessionary travel after probation. We also offer an incentive to crews with high qualification, such as:-- First Degree – BND$500- HND – BND$300

SAYS THAT YOUR AMAH HOLDING A DEGREE AND DIPLOMA (WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE)WOULD YOU PAY HER EXTRA SALARIES AND GIVE HER/HIM AN INCENTIVES?? DO YOU BRING YOUR AMAH TRAVEL ALONG WITH YOUR FAMILY?DO YOU HAVE SUCH A PREETY AMAH AND HANDSOME BUTLER AT YOUR HOME??IF YES, CALLED ME UP.HAHAHAHA.. SO, YOU GUYS OUT THERE WHO UNDERESTIMATING CABIN CREW'S LIFE, PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL OF THIS AND THINK BACK..

maybe sometimes, we have different views and judgement, however, your views sometimes possibly NOT LOGIC. Ehe. peace dude!!
